Both drivers who met us coming and going to Rome were very polite and helpful and ON TIME! The taxi driver who drove us around Rome, did a fine job of taking us wherever we wanted to go as well as suggesting a couple of interesting stops we didn't know about but enjoyed very much. He also seemed very informed and answered all our questions. 2011/09/15 Gray \| Dublin	Hi Salome, we just wanted to thank you again for your help and advice, and for definately making our holiday fantastic. Not having to worry about organising taxis etc made it less stressful and everything went so smoothly. The drivers were very friendly, and the cars were lovely, and we felt very safe going to and from the port. They were very professional and Tony our driver and guide on Sunday in Rome was very informative, and showed us many places we would never have found ourselves. Overall, we both enjoyed the tour immensely and got to see all the main highlights in the city. I would recommend the company to anyone, and would definately use the service again. But, am glad that it got straightened out and the driver was there on the morning of the 19'th. He gave good sevice, taking only 45 minutes to get us to the airport. Thankyou.

The drivers were VERY professional, and gave us the peace of mind that we would get to our destination safely and on time. Plus they were able to address our travelling needs to ensure that our toddler and my sister (who is in a wheelchair) were safe and comfortable during the trip. 2011/06/21 Mrs. D. Schilling \| USA	I cannot give enough compliments to Rome Airport Transfers and Salome. My teenage daughter needed to leave her 'group' in Santa Marinella (Rome) and come home, alone. Putting her in some taxi off the street was out of the question and the hotel she was staying at wanted to charge 40 more Euro's than Rome Airport Transfers. A taxi off the street was only 25 Euro's less. Safety was/is my biggest concern. So paying a few more Euro's for my daughter to have a private driver was well worth it. THANK GOD I STUMBLED ACROSS THIS WEBSITE! Salome patiently answered every email I sent. (ALL 9 of them, in 2 days!) She reassured me of their reliability and safety and punctuality. She made it easy as pie to pay for from the States. She kept me informed EVERY step of the way. Giving me the drivers name, the make and color of the car, how long the trip would take, etc. The driver called the hotel the day before to confirm with my daughter. And also on the morning of the trip to say he was on his way. Salome also emailed the moment my daughter was picked up. My daughter said the driver "Fabrizio" was great! He took care to see her to her proper departure gate at the airport, and was very courteous to her. She said the car was clean and the 1 hour drive took about 35 minutes. (Roman traffic was an experience she won't soon forget). Lol. But she said she felt totally safe with Fabrizio and wished she had more money with her to give him a bigger tip. I don't know that any of my family will be in Rome again, but FOR SURE I'd call Rome Airport Transfers. This is a true statement from an actual customer not some bogus posting. I will certainly recommend you for the future and have been happy to post a positive feedback on 'Tripadviser' Our arrival was delayed by 1 hour 45 minutes but your driver waited patiently and he was at the hotel promptly for our return journey on Thursday. I would also like to say thank you for your assistance on Tuesday evening when taxis were on strike but you were able to provide transport which enabled us to go to a wonderful concert at the Academia Nationale. Once again please accept our appreciation for your contribution to a perfect stay in Rome.

We had transfers from Fiumicino to our hotel in central Rome, from the hotel to the central train station and back, and from the hotel to Civitavecchia cruise terminal. We required a wheelchair accessible van (with lift). We have had some bad experiences with this in the past so it was a great relief that the driver was there waiting for us each time, right on schedule, always very kind and skilled. We loved Italy and were very grateful for the incredible service.

Donc, je trouve très agréable de tomber sur des gens aussi professionnels que vous et vos collaborateurs, chère Salomé (précision, clarté, ponctualité et courtoisie tant au téléphone que de la part des chauffeurs). En outre nous ne sommes pas près d'oublier combien vous vous êtes obligeamment employée à nous trouver un hébergement sympa et pratique après l'annulation de notre avion...chose difficile puisque des milliers d'autres "victimes" du volcan se trouvaient dans la même situation que nous! On ne peut que vous encourager à continuer dans cet état d'esprit au grand bénéfice des voyageurs-clients ;que nous vous souhaitons nombreux ! Quant à nous nous n'hésitons pas à donner vos coordonnées à tous ceux qui vont à Rome, et espérons pouvoir bientôt faire de nouveau appel à vous Arrivederci Roma (e Salomé !)
2011/02/28 Mrs Yvette G. \| Ireland	A Great City Transport Service! If you wish to travel directly to Rome on arrival, this is the only way to travel. For a very reasonable 55 Euros, our driver was waiting for us at the airport. He was exquisitely attired and the car was very comfortable, which he drove expertly to and around the city, dropping us directly to our hotel reception. Salome, Managing Director, had been kind enough to send maps, confirmation emails etc and the option to pay the driver on arrival was very handy. On departure, our same pleasant driver was 10 minutes early to collect us from the hotel, meaning we had ample time to book in. This is an exceptional service I not only would have no hesitation in recommending but would urge you to avail of if you want to make the most of your time in Rome.
