Q: How do I make a reservation for return?
   
A: In order to insure the best service and organization of your return transfer, please never book to the driver.

1- You can book online just after your first booking clicking on the link for booking return transfer; in that way a 10% discount will be automatically calculated.

2- You can book your return transfer in a second moment on the booking form. Please write on the Notes that it is a return transfer.

3- Call us on 0039 329 85 57 435.

Q: Why is it so important my mobile number? What can I do if I do not get one to insert in the booking form?
A:

It is important if we need to contact you in airport, port or station.

If you do not get a mobile number, please write a telephone number in Rome (friend, parent, hotel) and the dialing code: 06 (local call) or +39 (International dial code).

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
   
A: We accept cash or payment Online processed by PayPal using your credit card (an extra charge is required for invoice shipping).

Q: When do I pay my fare?
   
A: If the pickup is within Rome, airports or stations, you can pay in cash to the Driver at the end ot the trip. If you want to pay your trip in advance, you can make the payment online with PayPal.

If the pickup is from outer cities (Florence, Naples, Sorrento ect) or from Cruise Ports (Civitavecchia, Anzio, Ostia Lido)  you are required to pay a deposit (50%). Please read our terms and conditions page for details.

Q: Do you provide service on holidays? If so, are there any additional charges?
   
A: Yes, we service every day of the year without extra charge on holidays, except on the following dates: 24th, 25th, 31rst December and 1rst January for which we apply a 25% additional charge. Transfers have to be paid in advance by PayPal or bank notification.

Q: Do you offer child seats?
   
A: Yes. Upon request we provide two size models. We apply a 10 Euros supplement. Please read our terms and conditions page for details.

Q: Do you charge for extra luggage?
   
A:

Please make sure you select the appropriate vehicle type to support the amount of luggage. The driver could refuse the service due to excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe on the road.

Q: How can I cancel my booking?
   
A: You should inform us about cancellation. It must be notified to us 6 hours prior to the pick up time if your pickup is within Rome and you are required to inform us 12 hours prior if your pickup is from outer areas, airports, cruises ports and stations.

Q: What do I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
   
A: We always check with ADR (Aeroporti Di Roma) regarding flight information to keep track. It is the reason why we suggest to you to enter the Flight Arrival Time (see your flight ticket) as Pick Up Time. If your flight delays or advances, we shall consider the effective landing time.

If your flight is cancelled you must call our office and inform.  Driver will wait for you for a maximum of 1 hour AFTER the Pick Up Time.

Q: Do you have a Wait-Time policy?
   
A:

Yes, 1 hour. If you have a problem with luggage collection, please call us. In that way your driver will go on waiting for you.

Q: Do you charge if the destination is changed?
   
A: Yes, if it’s to a different area or if there are stops on the way to your destination (for example to leave persons of your group in an other address or hotel). Each stop is charged € 5 more (Central Rome only).

Q:

What do you mean by Pick Up Time?
   
A: Your Pick Up Time is based on the effective landing time of your flight. So enter the scheduled Arrival Time on booking form.

Q: Where do I meet the driver?
   
A:

Simple, our driver will wait for you holding a sign bearing your name:

- at the Meeting Point of your Terminal in Fiumicino Airport (see the map of your terminal sent by email with our confirmation of your booking)

- just at the exit of Customs Area in Ciampino Airport

- at the quay of your ship on the Cruise port

- at the platform in the Station.

If you cannot see the driver, do not hesitate to call us.
