
On reserving a service through Rome Airport Transfers the customer agrees to the terms and conditions listed below.
The confirmation email is your ticket. This must be presented to the driver for both the outward and return trip.
For any bookings to pickup within 2hrs (only on daytime hrs), please call us on 0039 329 85 57 435.
Passengers are advised that our Daytime hours are from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We apply an additional charge of 20 per cent from 21:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
For email bookings sent after 21:00 PM, we cannot insure any car service before 9:00 AM on the successive day.
For a taxi last minute, please foresee 30 minutes at least before the required pick up time.
When you book a taxi with us, we feel free to provide you a taxi or a standard sedan car, at the taxi price previously confirmed with your booking, because it depends on taxi drivers' availability.
Taxi fares are based on taximeter calculation. Taxi bookings include the booking service fee and the possible meet & greet service fee, confirmed by customers.
Our service is a private transfer (only for you and your relatives).
The Transfer Instant Quotations serve merely as a guide and will not be binding. The definitive price will be notified by confirmation email.
Our prices are quoted per vehicle and NOT per passenger.
Our fares include VAT, tips, meet & greet service in airports, ports and stations, parking, permits and sign bearing your surname.
We insure our service all days of the year.
We apply a 10% supplement on the following holiday dates: 24/12 - 25/12 - 31/12 - 1/01 - 1/05 - 15/08 and for Easter. Transfers have to be paid in advance by online Payment (PayPal) or bank notification.
Please note that kids are counted as passengers. This is important when considering the size of the vehicle.
Baby seat is not available on taxi and on minibus.
There is an additional € 10 charge if a baby seat/booster seat is required at your request. The passenger must specify child’s age or his weight on comment section on the booking form.
For disabled transportation, available only with MPV minivan and MPV Plus van, we need your confirmation 2 days prior to your pick up and a deposit.
Pets travel only with their owner who has to provide their own transportation box. For each pet, we apply an additional 5€- 10€ range charge. The passenger must specify pet’s kind and size.
Any additional pick up or set down not stipulated in the passengers initial booking will incur a € 10 charge for each additional pickup or set down within central Rome.
Passengers are strongly advised to give enough time for their transfer, especially passengers travelling TO the airport. Allow an hour to get to the airport even though it only takes about 40 minutes in "normal" traffic conditions. Foresee that you have to be at the airport 2 hours ahead of your flight.
During Ciampino G.B. Pastine Airport pickup, the meeting point is at the exit of the Customs Area.
The flight scheduled Arrival Time is a very important reference for the Meeting Point in airports. Your Pick Up Time is based on it.
Waiting Time Policy: There are no hidden/additional fees added to the total cost shown in the reservation confirmation. An additional hourly cost (amount in the 20-30 Euros range, depending on the booked vehicle) may be applied starting from 80 minutes after your flight lands. If, for any reasons (luggage claim delay, lost luggage or else) you expect a severe delayed pickup, please inform, as soon as possible, our office calling the provided phone number. Please read faqs.
Our Taxi and Limousine cars are insured for maximum of 4 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage.
Please call our office if you cannot locate the driver at the appointed meeting point.
Our MPVs are insured for maximum of 5 passengers and MPV Plus for 8 Passengers.
We reserve the right to refuse any passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe on the road.
Pick up inside Civitavecchia cruise terminal is not allowed to taxis. The entrance of that private area is allowed to car hire with chauffeur (private taxi, limousine, MPV, MPV Plus only). For pickups with minibus up to 12 passengers, some ship agencies require a tax that has to be paid in advance for giving us a special permit for entrance inside the port.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be notified to us 12 hours (for car) or 24 hours (for vans and minibuses) prior to the pick up time. If you have already made the payment of your transfer or paid a deposit, we will refund 50% by PayPal. In case of no show without communication, after 80 minutes from the actual flight arrival time, the deposit or total amount of the booked service will not be refunded. PayPal refund policy does not allow refunds for payments made more than 2 months before. So we cannot refund the amount previously paid.
A booking/reservation can be modified or cancelled by email or by phone.
Modifications on pickup address or Hotel (especially for return transfer) must be notified to us 2 hours at least prior to the pick up time.
Payment can be made:
In cash directly to the driver at the end of each trip.
Online through PayPal, thanks to their sicure web connection. You can choose to pay a deposit or full-price. Once your booking is confirmed we will send our money request by email.
By bank transfer, one week before your arrival.
If the pickup is WITHIN Rome or Fiumicino/Ciampino airports and Termini/Tiburtina stations, you can pay in cash directly to the Driver at the end ot the trip but your credit card info is required as guarantee. We may required a deposit at our sole discretion. A deposit is required for vans, minibuses and disabled transportation.
If the pickup is from OUTER cities (Florence, Naples, Sorrento ect) or from Cruise Ports (Civitavecchia, Anzio, Ostia Lido) you are required to pay a deposit. If for any reasons you cannot pay a deposit, we require the details of your credit card as guarantee for your booking confirmation.
We apply a 10% discount for return transfer with the same vehicle and the same way. In order to give you the best service and organization, please never book your return transfer directly to the driver.
On the Transfer Instant Quotation, prices from Rome are discounted yet and it is the same price that the return transfer.
