For bookings sent after 21:00 PM, we cannot insure the car service before 9:00 AM on the successive day.

For a taxi last minutes, please foresee 30 minutes prior pick up time.

Passengers are strongly advised that our Daytime hours are from 7:00 AM to 22:00 PM. There is a additional charge (€ 7) for Overnight hours from 22:00 PM to 7:00 AM from/to Rome and airports. For transfers outside Rome, we apply a 20% additional charge.

Our service is a private transfer (only for you and your relatives).

All prices are quoted per car.

The Transfer Instant Quotations serve merely as a guide and will not be binding. The effective price will be notified in our confirmation mail.

A supplement (€ 5) is required for meeting in airports, ports and stations: it includes the first waiting hour, flight monitoring, parking, permits and sign bearing your surname.

We insure our service all days of the year.

We apply a 25% supplement on the following dates: 24/12 - 25/12 - 31/12 - 1/01 - 6/01 - 15-08 and for Easter. Transfers have to be paid in advance by online Payment (PayPal) or bank notification.

Please note babies are counted as passengers. This is important when considering the size of the vehicle you wish to choose.

The baby seat is not available on Taxi.

There is an additional € 10 charge if a baby/booster seat is required at your request. The passenger must specify child’s age or weight on comment section on booking form because we provide two sizes: the small one (0-14 kg) and the big one (14 - 21 kg).

For disabled transportation, available only with MPV minivan and MPV Plus van, we apply a 20% supplement.

Car avaibility for each hour: Taxi € 30 | Limousine € 35 | MPV € 45 | MPV Plus € 50 | Minibus € 70.

Pets travel only with their owner who has to provide their own transportation box. For each pet, we apply an additional € 10 charge. The passenger must specify pet’s kind and size. 

Any additional pick up or set down not stipulated in the passengers initial booking will incur a € 5 charge for each additional pickup or set down.

Passengers are strongly advised to give enough time for their journey, especially passengers travelling to the airport. Allow an hour to get to the airport even though it only takes about 40 minutes in "normal" traffic conditions. Foresee that you have to be at the airport 2 hours ahead of your flight.

During Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci Airport pickup, the meeting point is at the Meeting Point at the arrivals hall of your Terminal (see the map sent by mail with our confirmation of your booking).

During Ciampino G.B. Pastine Airport pickup, the meeting point is at the exit of the Customs Area.

Landing Time is a very important reference for the Meeting Point in airports. Your Pick Up Time is based on it.

After the flight has landed, the driver has maximum of 1 hour free waiting time at the designated meeting point. After that € 15 per hour will be charged. Please read faqs

Please call our office if you cannot locate the driver at the appointed meeting point.

Our Taxi and Limousine cars are insured for maximum of 4 passengers.

Our MPVs (Many People Carrier) are insured for maximum of 6 or 8 Passengers.

We reserve the right to refuse any passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe on the road.

Pick up inside Civitavecchia cruise terminal is not allowed to taxis. The entrance of that private area is allowed to car hire with chauffeur (limousine, MPV, MPV Plus only).

Cancellations must be notified to us 2 hours prior to the pick up time if your pickup is within Rome and you are required to inform us 6 hours prior if your pickup is from outer areas, airports, cruises ports and stations. In this case, if transfer has been paid in advance, we shall immediately repay 80% by PayPal.

Modifications on pickup address or Hotel (especially for return transfer) must be notified to us 2 hours prior to the pick up time.

 Payment can be made:

1 - direct to the driver (cash, Visa, Mastercard, Bankomat) at the end of each trip.

2 - Online by PayPal, thanks to their sicure web connection. You can choose to pay a deposit or full-price. After your booking confirmation we shall send our request of payment on your mail box.

If the pickup is WITHIN Rome or Fiumicino/Ciampino airports and Termini/Tiburtina stations, you can pay cash or with credit card direct to the Driver at the end ot the trip.

If the pickup is from OUTER cities (Florence, Naples, Sorrento ect) or from Cruise Ports (Civitavecchia, Anzio, Ostia Lido)  you are required to pay a 50% deposit . At reception of payment, we shall send you an invoice with all the details of your booking and amount of your deposit.
